Company dinners fall on Thursdays and Fridays, and an industry study found 71% of bookings cluster into just three dates. In 2026 the usable days are 3-4, 10-11 and 17-18 December: the 5-8 bank holiday bridge empties the week of the 7th and compresses demand into the other two.
